Sign Terry Pratchett's petition to the Prime Minister

24th September 2008

Terry Pratchett In November, Terry Pratchett will hand in a petition at 10 Downing Street. He needs your help.

The best-selling author and Patron of the Alzheimer's Research Trust, Terry Pratchett, is so enraged by the government's under-funding of dementia research that he has signed a petition saying:

“Dear Prime Minister, I am appalled that research into Alzheimer’s and related diseases, which affect 700,000 people in the UK, currently receives just 3% of government medical research funding. I strongly urge the government to increase funding for dementia research as a matter of urgency.”

If you support Terry's campaign, then please print out the petition form below and send it back before 31st October with your signature to:

Terry Pratchett, c/o Alzheimer's Research Trust, The Stables, Station Road, Great Shelford, Cambridge CB22 5LR
